🔧 Installation Guide
What's in the box: Framed crystal LED art panel, power adapter/cable, wall-mounting hardware (screws & anchors).
- Choose your wall: Select a flat, dry wall that can support the frame weight. Avoid damp or uneven surfaces.
- Mark the drill points: Hold the frame against the wall at the desired height and mark the mounting holes with a pencil. Use a spirit level to ensure it is straight.
- Drill & insert anchors: Drill holes at the marked points and insert the provided wall anchors firmly.
- Screw in the hooks/brackets: Drive the screws into the anchors, leaving a small gap for the frame to hang securely.
- Hang the frame: Align the frame's rear mounting slots or hooks onto the screws and confirm it sits level and stable.
- Connect the power: Plug the LED adapter into a nearby power outlet (standard 230V Indian socket). Route the cable discreetly along the frame edge or wall. Do not use an extension cord near water.
- Switch on & enjoy: Turn on the LED switch. If lights do not turn on, check the connection and ensure the adapter is fully plugged in.
⚠️ We recommend professional installation for walls with concealed wiring or for very high placement. Always switch off the power before adjusting the cable.
💡 Power & LED Bulb Guidance
- This piece uses a low-voltage LED strip powered via the included adapter. No separate bulb purchase is required.
- The LED strip is not user-replaceable. If the lights stop working within the warranty period, contact us for service.
- Keep the adapter away from water and direct heat sources.
- Do not leave the LEDs on continuously for very extended periods — switch off when not in use or when sleeping to maintain longevity.
- Input voltage: 100–240V AC, 50/60 Hz (compatible with standard Indian power supply).
🫧 Care & Safe Handling
- Dusting: Gently wipe the crystal and glass surface with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not rub aggressively.
- Cleaning: For fingerprints or smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with plain water and wipe softly. Avoid chemical cleaners, sprays, or abrasive pads that can scratch or cloud the crystal.
- No immersion: Never submerge or directly splash water on the frame or electrical components.
- Handling: Always hold the frame by the metal border — avoid pressing directly on the crystal tiles, as they can detach under point pressure.
- Placement: Keep away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent colour fading. Avoid rooms with excessive humidity (e.g., bathrooms).
- Children & pets: Hang securely out of reach of young children. Crystal edges can be sharp if broken.
🛡️ Warranty
- This product comes with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
- Warranty covers: LED non-functionality due to manufacturing defect, missing or broken components on arrival (reported within 48 hours of delivery).
- Warranty does not cover: accidental damage, damage from incorrect installation, water damage, crystal tiles broken after delivery, or normal wear.
